This notice explains how personal data is handled when you visit www.tsiletisim.com and use its contact form. It is provided under Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

What we process

• Contact form: your name, email address and whatever you write in your message.
• Technical logs: limited records such as IP address, browser details and request time, kept by our hosting provider so the site runs securely.

The site uses no cookies, advertising or visitor-tracking tools.

Why, and on what legal basis

We use what you send through the form only to read your enquiry and reply to you. The legal bases are KVKK Art. 5/2-c (directly related to entering into a contract) and Art. 5/2-f (our legitimate interest, without harming your fundamental rights). Technical logs are processed under Art. 5/2-f to keep the site secure.

Your data is not used for advertising, marketing, profiling or training artificial intelligence models.

Who receives it

We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. The site relies on the following service providers, whose servers may be outside Türkiye:

• Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): hosting and security.
• Resend (USA): delivering contact-form messages to us by email.

These transfers are limited to the purposes above and are carried out in line with Article 9 of the KVKK.

How long we keep it

Form messages are kept until your enquiry is concluded and for any period required by law, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn its purpose and whether it is used accordingly, learn which third parties in Türkiye or abroad receive it, ask for corrections, ask for deletion or destruction, ask that third parties be notified of these steps, object to outcomes based solely on automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
